How do I use the Reliefboard?

Will using the Reliefboard damage my wall?

No. The Reliefboard has protective pads on the back of it to prevent damage to your wall.

Can I use my Reliefball head on the Reliefboard?

Yes. All the attachments we develop are compatible with both the Reliefboard and the Reliefball handle.

Can I use the Reliefboard pegs on the Reliefball handle?

Yes. All the attachments we develop are compatible with both the Reliefboard and the Reliefball handle.

Is the Reliefboard portable?

Yes. It can be disassembled for travel by removing the handles and peg so that the Reliefboard lies flat.

Are the Reliefballs portable?

Yes. They are lightweight and handheld so are easily portable.

Does any of your products expire?

No, the Reliefboard and the Reliefballs are lifelong products. With no electrical parts, you will never need to replace a motor or worry about battery life.

Can you only use the Reliefboard against a wall?

The Reliefboard can be used while you stand up, while you are sitting in a chair, or while you are sitting on the floor.

What are your products made out of?

All our products are made from Trifilon Revo: a natural fibre reinforced biocomposite that is made from recycled plastic and is fully recyclable, helping to encourage a circular economy. It is a sustainable replacement for plastic and has a lower CO2 footprint.
